Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and restaurant.
Erie County Holding Center Kitchen Floor Replacement and Kitchen / Laundry Domestic Hot Water Upgrades MBE/WBE, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid payable unconditionally to the County of Erie. The Contractors attention is drawn to the provisions in the General Conditions establishing a Minority/Women Business Utilization requirement for this project. Contractors are advised that by submitting a signed and sealed bid proposal they are agreeing and committing to the WBE/MBE requirements contained in this project. Attention of bidders is called to the fact that if a prospective bidder is not registered as a bidder with the Office of the Commissioner of Public Works by virtue of his/her downloading of the bidding documents, then notices of contract addenda or other significant matters related to the contract proposal or bid will not be communicated to said prospective bidder. The County of Erie reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality.
