Additionally, this agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America ACT (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. Each bidder's attention is called to the General Municipal Law, which requires a bidder's Certification of Non-Collusion.
