Major features of the Project include the following: Provide biogas hydrogen sulfide polishing system, Provide biogas siloxane removal system, Provide engine generator and heat recovery system, Replacement of an existing 480 V unit substation, Other associated facility Pre-Bid Meeting Info: If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A bid submitted by a Bidder that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will be deemed non-responsive and will cause such bid to be returned unopened.
