Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a power facility; for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
General construction facilities including sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and instrumentation and control. Major features of the Project include the following: Provide biogas hydrogen sulfide polishing system, Provide biogas siloxane removal system, Provide engine generator and heat recovery system, Replacement of an existing 480 V unit substation, Other associated facility Pre-Bid Meeting Info: If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A bid submitted by a Bidder that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will be deemed non-responsive and will cause such bid to be returned unopened.
