Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security and the Responsible Contractor's Affidavit as described in the Supplementary Conditions. Bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Owner, in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid. Directions are attached and bidders are to meet at the gate entrance at Portia Johnson Drive and South Blackman. This is an active construction site so no visits will be allowed prior to this date and time. Please wear appropriate OSHA safety gear (vest, hardhat, eye protection) and masks will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. The Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner's judgment to be in the Owner's best interest.
