Renovation of a detention facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

As of 9/5/2019, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to contract for the roof replacement of the Wicomico County Detention Center located at 411 Naylor Mill Road, in Salisbury, Maryland. The completed work shall consist of the complete removal of the existing roof system (ballast, membrane, cover board, flashing and coping) and the installation of an EPDM roof membrane and ballast pavers complete with a 20-year warranty and new coping on all parapet walls (including those without a metal coping currently) in conformity with the requirements contained herein Bid Documents. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
