Description

The project involves the replacement of dietary HVAC equipment at the Holly Center, Maryland Department of Health, located at 926 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that all replacement parts and requirements are met to complete the project. The goal is to address all HVAC issues related to the dietary area in the administration building. Contractors must visit the job site, take their own measurements, and examine the conditions under which the work will be performed. The contractor must provide all construction permits, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, testing, and instrumentation required to complete the project successfully.
