Renovation of a museum in Gore Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
- Replacement of a roof of approximately 5760 square feet. - Remove and dispose of existing roofing, shingles, and material. - Supply and install new metal roofing. Design and thickness to be negotiated with Town and Museum officials. - Supply and install new preformed metal valleys and flashing. - Supply and install ice and water shield underlay with 15lb felt or equivalent underlay recommended by the steel roof manufacturer. - Supply and install strapping to the existing decking if required by the metal roofing manufacturer - Replace roof vents with appropriate venting recommended by the steel roof manufacturer. - Seal membrane on flat roof area.
