Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gore Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and warehouse / distribution facility.

1. Public works storage garage located at 3A McQuarrie Blvd., Gore Bay, Ontario 2. Gore Bay Memorial Arena located at 11 Phipps Street, Gore Bay, Ontario Scope of the work required for # 1 Public Works Storage Garage upgrades: - Removal and/or replacement of the existing metal roof with new metal roofing that is approximately 4550 square feet. - Supply and install ice and water shield with underlay at the eves. - Install metal roofing with minimum of 28-gauge rib steel or equivalent silver in colour - Frame out, supply and install 6 new windows 36" X 36" (3 on each side of the building) upper deck area only. - Frame out and install (3) 9' high X 9' feet wide regular garage doors (not insulated) white in colour (one on the south side and two on the Northwest side at the far end of the building. - Strap walls of building approximately 36.4 feet wide and 125 feet long and cover with Metal that is 28-gauge steel blue in colour. - Remove plastic siding on the east side of the building and around the large garage door and replace with same horizontal steel minimum of 28-gauge steel or equivalent blue in colour to match the Public Works Garage. - Repairs to the soffits and facia board and cover with aluminium products white in colour. Scope of the work required for #2 Gore Bay Memorial Arena: Replace horizontal siding on front face of building. - Remove and replace siding with horizontal steel minimum of 28-gauge grey in colour with blue trim on the front top end of the building. - Install new strapping to fasten new steel metal horizontal siding. - Proper J channel to be installed with matching colour. - Proper flashing at the joint between the roof and wall.
