The Goods and Special Services consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Procurement of a new influent wastewater fine screen and new washer and compactor unit that will be furnished and delivered by the Seller, as well as training, testing, and startup services. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of Drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site(s) and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Bid Documents. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its Bid. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document P-200 - Instructions to Bidders. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document P-200 - Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders are specifically directed to review the time schedule set forth in the "Instructions to Bidders" section of these Contract Documents for the time for full completion of the project. Liquidated damages shall be assessed for delayed completion as set forth in the 'Instruction to Bidders' section of these Contract Documents. Contracts will be entered into between the Town of Speedway as 'Buyer' and the successful Bidders. The award of the contract will be made by the Town of Speedway to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. In determining the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, the Town of Speedway will consider the Bid, and all other relevant facts or matters mentioned in the Contract Documents or which the Town of Speedway may legally consider in determining the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. The Town of Speedway reserves the right to reject any bid for failure to comply with all requirements of this 'Advertisement for Bids ' or any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any informalities or minor defects at its discretion. The Town of Speedway further reserves the right to reject all bids. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrev- ocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Any questions received afterward will not receive responses.
