**As of July 31, 2019, the project has been awarded for $204,344.68.** Sanford River Walk Phase I - Irma Remediation A. The Project includes restoring the trail, embankment, landscape, irrigation and segmental block wall above the existing RiverWalk Phase I seawall located along W. Seminole Blvd. Construction extends over an approximate 600-ft long area on the north side of W. Seminole Blvd., starting approximately 600-ft east of the French Ave intersection, and ending at French Ave. The purpose of the improvements is to remediate the substantial damage which occurred to the landscaping, irrigation lines, and embankment (substantial washout of materials) which resulted from lake levels overtopping the existing seawall during and after Hurricane Irma. B. Furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. C. There are no regulatory permits that are required for the project. Other licenses or permits for construction facilities of a temporary nature that are necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be secured and paid for by the Contractor. D.
