Work to be performed includes: The project includes construction of approximately 959 linear feet of pile supported boardwalk, approximately 3,493 linear feet of at-grade porous HMA joint-use trail along the area near Fennel Creek, and procurement and installation of one prefabricated steel bridge. This project will have very limited access and will have to be constructed in a linear fashion, so bid prices should reflect the construction constraints. The bids will be tabulated by City staff and posted to the Citys website and provide to every bidder via E-mail. No Public bid opening will occur due to the COVID restrictions in place by the City.
