Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rogers, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 10,300 CY Common Excavation 8,000 CY Select Granular Borrow 16,000 CY Common Embankment 2,900 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 4,700 TON SP 12.5 Wearing and Non-Wearing Course 5,100 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 3,900 SF 4" Concrete Walk 2,000 LF 15"-30" RCP Storm Sewer 3,500 LF Striping 6 AC Seeding Miscellaneous Restoration The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Rogers shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form.
