DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: 11,176 CY Excavation - Common (EV) 5,675 CY Select Granular Embankment (CV) 10,740 SY Geotextile Fabric - Type 5 5,500 TON Aggregate Base Class 5 2,467 TON Bituminous Pavement 5,055 LF Drain Tile (4") 718 LF 12" - 18" RC Pipe Sewer Class V 53 LF Construct Drainage Structure 1,600 SF 4"-6" Concrete Walk 5,140 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter B618 133 SF Sign Panels Type C 5,400 LF Silt Fence, Type MS 1,100 SY Rolled Erosion Prevention, CAT 25 2,870 SF Solid Line Paint together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, and Responsible Contractor Certification COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 12/20/2024. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Rogers shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to any bidder other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. .
