The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 850 L F 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 635 L F 8" HDPE Sanitary Sewer - Directionally Drilled 360 L F 8" PVC Watermain 650 C Y Excavation - Common 40 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 35 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 35 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C) The Arthur Street Utility Extension Project (City Project No. 1714) shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the street construction, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, grading, and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and specified herein. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued by the Owner in May 2024 ; The Work will be substantially completed on or before July 3, 2024; final completion- August 30, 2024.
