Renovation of a municipal facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovation work at ENWIN's main office facility at 4545 Rhodes Drive and the Windsor Utilities Commission Water Treatment Plant at 3665 Wyandotte Street East. ENWIN is renovating the sites to accommodate a move of its personnel and offices from its current location at 787 Ouellette Avenue. It is therefore critical that the substantial performance of the work at both Sites is achieved by no later than April 30, 2020. The Rhodes Site is comprised of approximately 65,000 sq. ft. of office space and 96,500 sq. ft. of warehouse space, and approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of office space and 11,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space will be renovated. The Rhodes Site will be occupied during the renovation work and Bidders must note the phasing requirements set out in the RFT Documents for the work at the Rhodes Site. The work at the Wyandotte Site will involve renovation to approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of unoccupied, industrial space within that building into a climate-controlled computer server room and a record storage room.
