Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project generally includes, but is not limited to, bituminous overlay of existing bituminous trail, reclaiming existing trail and bituminous paving, trail removal and replacement, erosion control, top soil, and restoration. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Superintendent before the stated bid time and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
