This Pre-qualification announcement will be used to award three separate professional/technical contracts. MnDOT anticipates that selected responders (up to three) will be awarded one contract per firm. The LOI's will be used as a basis to award the remaining contracts for the projects below. It will be MnDOT's decision how to divide these projects among the successful responders. Project A is State Project (SP) 2787-31, a standalone signing renewal project along Trunk Highway (TH) 694 between TH 494 in Maple Grove and TH 252 in Brooklyn Center. Bridge mounted overhead sign structures will be replaced in the project. The project has a letting date of November 18, 2026. Project Goal The goal of these projects is to replace signs, markers, delineators, and extruded panel overlays to achieve MnDOT life cycle requirements for sign replacement within the standards and guidelines of the current editions of the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MN MUTCD) and MnDOT Traffic Engineering Manual. Signs impacted due to geometric changes within the project will also be replaced as necessary. Overhead sign structures will also be replaced due to impact or age.
