The work includes the construction of approximately: removing curb and gutter (550 LF), installing sanitary sewer pipe (2500 LF), removing storm pipe (2400 LF), installing sprinkler system (1800 LF), removing concrete walk (1700 SY), installing watermain pipe (5100 LF), common excavation (6600 CY), constructing concrete curb ramp walk (2300 SF), placing aggregate base class 6 (7000 TN), constructing concrete curb & gutter (5600 LF), full depth reclamation (12000 SY), common topsoil borrow (1700 CY), placing bituminous mixtures (4700 TN), sodding type lawn (7900 SY), installing RCP storm sewer (2800 LF), pavement striping (5000 LF), and sanitary service pipe (2300 LF), together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, and Municipal State-Aid Street Requirements. All work under the contract must be complete by 11/06/26.
