Site work for a water / sewer project in Elida, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of replacing the Town's water transmission pipeline with new pipe. The transmission line connects the Town's water storage tank site with the Town. The new piping is 10-inch diameter at approximately 6,730 lineal feet, 6-inch diameter line at approximately 390 lineal feet and 2-inch diameter line at approximately 350 lineal feet. The new piping will be reconnected to existing water distribution piping, fire hydrants, and services. The Project also includes replacing fire hydrants and an installation of an AMI System for the water distribution system as Bid Additives. A pre-bid conference will not be held but prospective bidders are encouraged to drive the water transmission line alignment, which is in the public right-of-way, at their convenience. Questions shall be submitted in writing by email only and answers will by addendum and emailed to plan holder. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions shall submit to jallen.bolinger@woodplc.com with subject line "Elida Water Transmission Line Replacement" All plan holders shall provide and an email address for receipt of addendum(s) and a phone number for verification of receipt of addendum. No questions will be addressed after 5:00 pm, May 30, 2019 pursuant to Article 7.01. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
