The Village of Corona hereby invites competitive sealed bids for the material for the Natural Gas Odorization Pipeline Project. Please note that this bid is for material only and is not for construction. The bid shall consist of Material for the Odorization Pipeline Project. Delivery date must include estimated shipping time and must clearly be stated on Bid Price sheet. Price(s) quoted shall include type of shipping and estimated shipping costs (paid by buyer) to Corona, NM and be stated on Bid Price sheet. The Village of Corona reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which in its judgment is most advantageous to the Village. Any bids received after the above date and/or time will be returned unopened. All bids must be clearly marked Odorization Material Bid on the lower left corner of the envelope. The bidder shall assume full responsibility for the timely delivery of bid. Any bid not clearly marked Odorization Material Bid will be disqualified.
