Renovation of an educational facility in Corona, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,489-square-foot educational facility.
3 new buildings in total. 2 Cabins for research staff needed for extended stay, and 1 lab facility to support the research taking place on the ranch. Work to be performed: Connections to existing utilities on site, slab on grade for all three structures, wood frame construction, metal roof and standard Drywall, Details to include, concrete or LVT flooring, wood railings and standard cultured stone wainscotting. Standard casework for kitchenette in cabins, and metal casework in lab with phenolic resin tops. Corona Cabins and Lab This sourcing event contains restrictions on contact with Board of Regents, ASNMSU, Faculty and Staff, the University's consultants or others working on behalf of the University. Violation of this policy may lead to disqualification. Bidders may not contact other University Departments. Any contact with a University Department may automatically result in a rejection of any sourcing event submittal.
