**Awarded Amount: $1,199,498.05. Construction to start this Summer. The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: 1. Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures 2. Perform earthwork 3. Install new drainage features including pipe, manholes, and inlets 4. Perform cold plane pavement removal 5. Construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement 6. Construct concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and ramps 7. Install permanent signing and striping 8. Install illumination 9. Install permanent seeding and landscaping 10. Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans The Project cost range is $1,100,000 - $1,600,000 Washington County desires to expedite construction on this contract to minimize the inconvenience to the traveling public and to reduce the time of construction. In order to achieve this, incentive-disincentive provisions are included in this contract. PRE-BID MEETING The County will not hold a pre-bid meeting for this project. Bids publicly read aloud in Training Room 1. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids received after the above stated time will not be accepted.
