**As of June 18, 2021, the project has been awarded for $494,417.5.** The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County, Oregon: This project consists of removing and replacing an existing pair of culverts on SW Finnigan Hill Road and replacing an existing bridge on SW Finnigan Hill Road. These projects will utilize open trench techniques for removal and installation. Associated activities include traffic control, protection of fish, wildlife and plants, earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, guardrail installation, and revegetation. Road closures will not be allowed on the SW Finnigan Hill projects. For these projects, perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Standard Specifications, these Special Provisions, Typical Drawings, and Plans. A bid bond on the Countys Bid Guaranty form, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashiers check, of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bids may be rejected by the County for non-compliance with prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and for good cause, upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring actual receipt of the bid by Washington County DLUT. Bidders must be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation and licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board pursuant to ORS 701.026 prior to submitting a bid.
