The Affidavit and Certificate of Non-Collusion, Non-Suspension and Non-Conviction provided with bid documents must be completely executed and submitted with bid. Eachbidder must show evidence that it is licensed as a contractor under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes.The bidder must have the following NC General Contractor's license to be qualified to perform thework associated with this bid:Limitation: LimitedClassification(s): Public Utility. No bid may be withdrawn after bids have been opened, except as provided in the North Carolina General Statutes.
