Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Lancaster, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, six-bed, one-room medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Project consists of site development and a new single story, 6,000 sf EMS Station with five ambulance Bays (sixth as an add alternate), and living quarters with six bedrooms, two bathrooms, two shower rooms, Day Room and other support spaces. Lancaster County is soliciting a General Contractor to construct a New EMS Substation to be built in Indian Land, SC. The facility will be located off Old Bailes Road on a 1.9-acre parcel of County owned property. The new substation will be approximately 6,000 sf. in its footprint. The facility will include five (5) ambulance bays, living quarters of six (6) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, two (2) shower rooms, one (1) day room, and additional support space. Additional specifications include new single slope, pre-fabricated metal building structure on slab-on-grade concrete, and a metal composite material wall panel rain-screen system on light gauge metal framing. Construction Cost Range:$1-$2 M
