Site work for a residential development in Lancaster, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The Housing Authority of Lancaster is now accepting bids to install and/or repair fencing at both Caroline Courts and Frank L. Roddey Homes. Specifications for services to be provided are as follows: 1. Replace cut section of 8' fence at basketball court with one 4ft enclosure wide gate. Matching other gate on court enclosure. 2. Replace damaged 1 5/8" top rail and repair 6ft wire. 3. Replace hinges on existing double gate in maintenance area. Straighten fence posts in maintenance area. 4. Add approximately 20ft of 4ft 9 Gauge chain link fence wire at bottom of fence and storm drain run off ditch. 5. Repair 1000 building corner post area top rail wire and tension bar. 6. Repair/Replace 1000 building wire, posts, and barb wire. 7. Repair/Replace 2400 building corner post wire, rails, and tension bars 8. Repair/Replace 2700 building 6ft tall fence wire 9. Level up and replace 2 1/2" line post and tension wire. 10. Level up and repair at least 2 1/2" line posts for 6ft tall retention sections as needed. 11. Replace/Repair 231-237 building 6ft tall wire and approximately 20ft of 1 5/8" top rail. 12. Additional repairs/replacement of fencing as needed.
