Renovation of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to be certain that all sealed bids are stamped in at the Finance Department's office by the designated date and time. No Bids will be accepted after said date and time. 6. Bidder's attention is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed in RFP. 7. Police station tentatively scheduled to commence fall 2019 - fall 2020. Fire station will commence fall 2020 - spring 2022. 8. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.9. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.10. The Town of Windsor reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, or to waive defects in same, or to accept any proposal, or part thereof, deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Windsor for whatever reason.
