Renovation of a municipal facility in Windsor, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 20, 2020, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 3 to 4 weeks.** In accordance with the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) Section 10-291 as amended; The Town of Windsor solicits proposals from LICENSED CONTRACTORS to renovate interior office areas, locker restrooms, and replacement windows in office cafeteria areas at Department of Public Works building located at 99 Day Hill Road. The selected CONTRACTOR will as per project drawings and specifications; replace windows. Replace interior ceilings, install LED lighting, paint walls, replace flooring, gut and renovate Men's and Ladies restroom locker room areas. A projected time schedule of the work. It is expected that the renovation work will be completed sooner or by September 1, 2020. A list of all subs contractor will use on this project to be included in submitted bid.
