For furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of 2019 Sanitary Sewer & Manhole Rehabilitation for Bilma Public Utility District. The project consists of approximately 402 linear feet of 18-inch (18) cured in place pipe (CIPP) sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 202 vertical feet of cementious grout and epoxy coating; 3 total reshaping of the manholes invert and bench. Segment 1 of the project is located in the Spring Creek Oaks section of Bilma Public Utility District just east of T.C. Jester bounded to the north by Burr Oak Drive and to the south by Winding Ridge Drive. Segment 2 of the project is located in the Spring Creek Oaks section of Bilma Public Utility District just east of T.C. Jester bounded to the north by the Bilma Public Utility District wastewater treatment plant and to the south by Louetta Road. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashiers check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount.
