Renovation of a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Contractor to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat the internal and external surfaces of One (1) 239,000 welded steel Ground Storage Tank (GST) and associated piping, hatches, valves and other appurtenances; provide shrouding; install flexible waterproof mast between tank chime and foundation; provide and install non-skid roof coating. Prior to abrasive blasting the existing GST, the contractor is to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and appurtenances to remove existing cathodic protection system; following the completion of the existing GST rehabilitation, contractor is to install the horizontal cathodic protection system. Contractor to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat exterior surfaces of existing aerator tank and support structure, associated piping, and appurtenances; provide shrouding; replace, internally inspect, and repair internal deficiencies of Aerator Tank media, addition of new vent, and blow-off valve replacement. Contractor to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surfaces of Two (2) Hydropneumatic Tanks and associated piping, valves, and other appurtenances; and seal tank footings to concrete pedestal in accordance with contract plans and specifications. Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and appurtenances to pressure wash, power tool clean, cleaning spot areas of the exterior of the existing brick control building and exterior of existing generator enclosure. Recoating of the brick control building and existing generator enclosure will be done solely at the direction of the engineer. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract.
