Site work for a civil project in West Monroe, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 9,2019 project has not been awarded yet. The Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents shall be examined and procured at the office of the Engineer, Lazenby & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers & Land Surveyors, 2000 North Seventh Street, West Monroe, Louisiana 71291. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to West Ouachita Sewer District No. 5 in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the full amount of the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. In addition, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any and all formalities.
