For the construction of the County 16th St. Water Main Extension Between Ave. A 3/4 & B 1/4 and all work incidentals to the project, in accordance with the plans, project manual and specifications now on file. The Plans and Project Manual are available for examination at the Somerton Department of Public Works office, 143 N. State Avenue. All bids must be sealed in a plainly marked envelope, addressed to the Director of Public Works, City of Somerton, 143 N. State Avenue, Somerton, AZ, 85350. Pursuant to A.R.S. 34-201, the bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a surety bond - payable to the City of Somerton, Arizona for at least 10% of the total bid price as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract to perform the bid in accordance with the plans and project manual, within 10 days after the Notice of Award.
