This acquisition is a woman-owned small business set aside. This Request For Proposal Solicitation Number will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $15M. The Contractor shall provide the government with the design, construction, and warranty for the installation of an automatic controlled gate system at the Rod and Gun Club on Vandenberg AFB, California. All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and other services (including engineering/technical support), items and incidentals necessary thereto. The work is required in support of the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron, Base Civil Engineering activities. The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be available via FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. All potential offerors must be registered on the FedBizOpps.gov website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation.
