The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a General Contractor who specializes in the restoration of heritage designated buildings. Restoration services will be provided in accordance with a CCDC2, 2008, Stipulated Price Contract, including Ryerson's Supplementary Conditions (Appendix E - Draft Agreement), including repair/replacement of building envelope elements which include roofing, brick masonry, wood framing and concrete masonry.
