Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
*This project will be reevaluated and possibly rebid at a later date. This project installs new sidewalk, curb, drive approaches, waterline, and storm sewers on the west side of Hamilton Avenue from Minnesota Avenue to Weber Road; constructs parallel pervious parking and sidewalk along the east side of Hamilton Avenue from Briarwood Avenue to Linden Park Drive along with curb ramps; resurfaces some areas of Hamilton Avenue; and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). All questions concerning this project are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions is January 8, 2021; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express as an addendum. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The work under this contract shall be completed in a manner acceptable to the City by July 30, 2021 590955-940029 & 590955-950029
