Only those registered as a plan holder through Key Companies may submit a bid for the work. The Metro Parks will not be responsible for any plans and specifications obtained from any other source. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of (i) a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Park District as obligee for the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Metro Parks reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right to waive irregularities in any proposal, and the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof. In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 307.87, this notice is available on Metro Parks' internet web site by logging. Go to About then click on Contract Bidding.
