Remodeling of an educational facility in Sykesville, Maryland. Design plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
This project involves the replacement of the window wall system that was utilized during the original construction of the school. Replacement with modern energy efficient windows is necessary to protect building components and contents, and preserve the learning environment. The project is included in the school's 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 15, 2022, this project is in design. Bidding is anticipated for Fall 2022, with construction to start in Summer 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
