As of 7/31/2019, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Architect, WYK Associates, Inc. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and other contract documents may be examined at WYK Associates, Inc portal. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Pursuant to the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act, all contractors must include their West Virginia Contractor's License Number on the Form of Proposal. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to required hours and conditions of construction, and conditions of employment to be observed. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof
