Award Amount Not to Exceed $105,116 The site is a former industrial plant that produced asbestos and vinyl floor tile, and also operated as numerous other industrial facilities. The property is zoned for industrial use but is planned to be redeveloped as a hardscaped park. The City wishes to repair and paint the existing masonry wall and install an institutional-grade chain-link fence on top of the wall. In addition, a 23 foot wide traffic control gate will replace an existing chainlink gate. A professional survey has been completed and corners have been identified and are marked. The wall is located along the curb line of parts of Amtico Square and Perrine Avenue, and is currently protected by temporary fencing Questions must be submitted in writing to igarcia@trentonnj.org.
