Design No.: D018909 Value - $ - $250,000 Liquidated Damages: Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract page 3 A "Wicks" subcontractor is defined as a subcontractor performing construction work in the HVAC, Plumbing & Gas Fitting or Electrical Trades and (except for HVAC) is licensed to do business in the CITY OF NEW YORK in that trade. The SCA has determined that: 1) the value of each of the "Wicks" trades under the solicitation is less than $10,000 or; 2) there is no "Wicks" trade work under this solicitation. Therefore, the bidder is not required to complete and submit with its bid the "Wicks" Subcontractor Request Form (Appendix G). The Contractor shall make and demonstrate good faith efforts to achieve the SCAs goal that a minimum of twenty (20%) percent of all subcontracted work be performed by SCA and/or New York City (City) certified minority, women and/or local based enterprises (MWLBEs). All subcontractors must also be in compliance with the SCAs subcontractor approval requirements.
