Site work for a civil project in Pinole, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: A or C-8 Project Duration: 30 Work Days The project consists of installing curb ramps in the Tara Hills residential area. The curb ramps will be placed on Shamrock Drive, Dolan Way, and Flannery Road. Bulb-outs will be installed at the intersection of Dolan Way and Flannery Road. Other project work includes drainage modifications, sign replacement, and thermoplastic striping and markings. The Public Works Department does not guarantee the arrival of the plans and specifications in time for bidding. For more information about obtaining plans and specifications by mail, please call Blueprint Express at (707) 745-3593. May obtain electronic PDF copies of the plans and specifications upon purchase of the bid package through the electronic Planroom for no additional service charge. The County has adopted an outreach program which encourages the contractor to utilize mbe, wbe and other small and local businesses in the performance of the contract work. Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be viewed but not obtained at the Public Works Department, 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, California 94553-4897, Monday - Thursday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), and Friday (7:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
