Site work and new construction of a residential development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Reinforced Concrete wall construction, including, excavation, backfilling, grading and paving of impacted area. a.The contractor shall excavate the area where the concrete wall to be erected, to the depth and size as shown in the attached plans. The location of the wall is approximately as shown in the attached map. The exact location of the wall will be determined on the site by the Superintendent of Buildings and Bridges. The area in question will be pointed out to the contractors during the mandatory site viewing. b. The contractor shall excavate the mentioned area to at least3'6" in depth and he/she shall remove move the excavated material and relocate it along the outside North wall of the salt shed. The contractor shall ramp the excavated material along the wall and he/she shall follow the Superintendent of Buildings and Bridges instructions while grading the excavated material against the mentioned shed wall. c. The Contractor shall prepare the excavated area, and spread 1" crushed stone, as shown in the plans. d. Once the Superintendent has approved the surface preparation after the area was excavated, the contractor shall start forming the foundation to receive the concrete. Prior to concrete delivered to the site, the Superintendent must first inspect and approve the rebar. e. Once the concrete wall is erected, he/she shall restore the area to its original condition, by backfilling, and spreading 8" of gravel below the asphalt pavement. The contractor must compact the gravel before laying the asphalt. f. While doing the work, the Contractor must follow any and all regulations, rules, protocols and standards in effect, City, State or Federal. g. The contractor shall obtain the necessary permits to do the work, from any agency having jurisdiction over the project. The contractor shall employ qualified and licensed (or whatever is required by any agency having jurisdiction over the project) repairmen/women to do the work. h. The contractor shall provide any and all tools, equipment and material necessary to do the work. i. The contractor may not interrupt the yards' operation. j. The contractor price shall be a lump sum for all that is described herein. k. The Contractors' price shall be based on the prevailing wage rates. l. The Contractor must carry workman's compensation. m. The contractor shall bring the job into completion by June 30, 2019.
