Paving for a road / highway in Prince Wm, Virginia. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway.
The project constructs a flyover ramp from northbound Gordon Boulevard (Route 123) to westbound Old Bridge Road. The project will improve safety by eliminating dangerous weaving movements and will also reduce overall delay and congestion at the intersection. The current appropriation supports preliminary engineering. As of October 16, 2023, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2026. Construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2026.
