Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a civil project in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
As of November 17, 2020, construction is underway and commenced September 2020 and is anticipated to be complete fall 2025. The project's scope includes marine work, bridge demolition and construction, highway lane expansion, and the boring of two new tunnels between the cities of Hampton and Norfolk.
