The City of Norfolk ("City") is seeking a responsible vendor to provide chemicals for water treatment according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. Awards will be determined by the lowest cost of each respective line items. This may result in multiple awards to multiple vendors. Please see the electronic posting of the solicitation to submit bid pricing. Question Submission Deadline: November 1, 2023, 5:00pm All questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted through the Questions and Answers tab in the electronic solicitation posting for IFB No. 10229-0-2024/TN Water Treatment Chemicals at Electronically. The rights and remedies of the City provided in this Section are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this Agreement and City may pursue any and all such rights and remedies against Contractor as it deems appropriate.
