CENTRAL NORFOLK AREA GRAVITY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II (VP017120) Contractor registration in accordance with Title 2.2, Chapter 43 and Title 54.1, Chapter 11, Code of Virginia is required. Technical questionsshould be submitted through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion. The Project or Work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 9,630 linear feet of 8 to 18-inch gravity sewer and 18 manholes in the Fox Hall, Luxembourg and Norview-Estabrook areas of Central Norfolk. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid. The Project or Work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 9,630 linear feet of 8 to 18-inch gravity sewer and 18 manholes in the Fox Hall, Luxembourg and Norview-Estabrook areas of Central Norfolk.
