The estimated range of construction cost is $1,700,000.00 to $1,900,000.00. Furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals, and all building elements for main Gathering Lodge and West Bunkhouse. All utilities to serve facility, including service to East Bunkhouse, capped at building connection. Complete Septic System and Central Fire Suppression Equipment for all buildings. All work shall be completed within Three hundred eighty (380) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submittal of all PR Submittals, mobilization,procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1.
