This occupied building project includes: selective door and hardware replacement, fire alarm and detection replacement, and new Denlar hoods and ducting in the existing kitchen. In addition, a majority of rooms and halls will be repaired, primed and painted. The building is fully occupied, will remain occupied throughout construction and will require restricted work hours and accommodations to provide a safe environment for residents.
