Renovation of a fire / police facility in Howey in the Hills, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified, licensed Contractor to install generators and transfer switches at the fire stations listed in the ITB. All work and equipment must be in strict compliance with the contract documents, latest codes, standards and practices as described in the Statement of Work found in Exhibit A of this Invitation to Bid. Vendors are advised that this procurement action will be formalized via a contract tailored to the specific project, and that the actual bidding entity must hold the appropriate license for work to be performed. Additional information can be obtained from the contracting officer for this solicitation at 352-343-9489. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of Lake County, Florida
