Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Work consists of construction of a new 3-bay fire station that includes offices, exercise room, kitchen, living quarters, sleeping quarters, toilet and shower facilities, and enclosed apparatus bay for emergency vehicle parking. The building is defined under the International Building Code as Type IIB. Occupancy is Business. The Work includes but is not limited to site clearing, excavating, grading; site storm sewer. Site sanitary sewer, domestic water service, domestic fire protection water service, electrical power service, gas service; hot-mix asphalt paving; concrete paving, fences, Lawns and gasses, trees and shrubs; concrete foundations and floor slabs, concrete retaining wall; structural steel framing. steel joists, steel roof deck; and brick and concrete masonry cavity wall and concrete masonry interior walls and partitions. The City of Charlotte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
